MEDICARE & MEDICAID

We accept new Medicare patients under the Regence BlueCross BlueShield First Choice Sixty-Five plan, Providence Medicare Extra plan and Health Net Options Plus plan. If you are currently seeing one of our physicians and become eligible for Medicare, we will continue to provide care for you. However, we are no longer accepting new traditional Medicare patients.

We are disappointed that we can no longer accept new traditional Medicare patients and do not take this decision lightly. We already have a high number of traditional Medicare patients and cannot continue to increase this percentage. We will continue to monitor new developments with Medicare and reassess this decision periodically. We appreciate your understanding.

For the same reasons mentioned above, we are also no longer accepting new Medicaid patients or patients with other Medicaid coverage, such as CareOregon.

PARTICIPATING INSURANCE PLANS:

Cascade Physicians accepts most insurance plans and as a courtesy to our patients, we bill each plan directly. Please check with your insurance carrier for specific provider panels, benefits, and eligibility or other restrictions. Some companies have restrictions or require patients to utilize specific provider panels to receive the highest benefit.
