Cascade Physicians, PC Accepts Most Insurance Plans

Cascade Physicians, PC accepts most insurance plans and will bill both primary and secondary insurance plans as a courtesy. However, primary responsibility for the account is yours. You are responsible to keep the business office up-to-date with your current insurance coverage and contact information. It is important to understand that insurance plans have timely filing limits and the business office in unable to bill your insurance one filing limits have lapsed.
Some insurance plans have restrictions or a specific provider panel that patients must access. Please check with your insurance carrier for specific eligibility, benefits, provider panel and/or referral requirements as they apply to you. If you have insurance-related questions, please call our business office at (503) 242-9850 or your insurance plan directly.

Unfortunately, at this time we are not accepting any new patients covered by Medicare or Medicaid. If you are an existing and active patient and you move into a Medicare/Medicaid plan we will bill Medicare/Medicaid.

Please note that we do not participate in the following plans: Providence Connect, Providence OHP, Regence BCBS Individual Select plans, Humana, Oregon Health Co-Op Select plans, Out-of-State Medicaid.
